Order Confirmation & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our endeavour, and to respect our associations with our partner artisans, and other organisations, we have a No-Cancellation, No-Returns & No-Refund policy. We would request you to carefully consider your purchase before placing the order from our online store. We thank you for your support.

• Please ensure that you take your time in placing your order and share your full and correct shipping address. It is not possible to cancel your order if you have changed your mind. This is to respect our commitment towards you and the artisans and organisations associated with us.

• Once you've completed the checkout process, you will get an automated email confirming your order.
  

Shipping & Delivery- India and International orders

Our partner organisations will be responsible for shipping the orders to you. Each organisation will have their own policy regarding shipping and delivery charges which will be mentioned on their respective pages when you place an order for their products. To respect our commitment towards you, and the artisans and organisations associated with us, please ensure you understand their shipping & delivery policies before placing the order.

We are currently not open to taking any International orders from our online selling platform, however, for any individual or bulk enquiries, please feel free to contact us or email us at haritakapur@artisanscottage.org. Please also note that the prices for International orders may be different from the Indian prices mentioned on the website. This will be in accordance with the prices that our partner organisations have been working with.

Duties & Taxes for International orders

Orders that are shipped from India to other countries will attract duties and taxes which are levied at the time of port entry and they will vary based on the destination country and the products imported. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid to us prior to shipping. It is entirely your responsibility to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent at the time of your order delivery.

Also, please bear in mind that artisans cottage or the artisans and organisations associated with us cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.

Time needed to dispatch the order

Once the order is confirmed by you and received by us, we will share it with the artisans and organisations associated with, us who will then process the order at the earliest. This will vary for each organisation and we appreciate your support and patience.

Return & Refund Policy

• In certain situations where there is an issue from our end, we take in any returns & refunds request on a request-by-request basis. We have a commitment to our artisans and our partner organisations. We respect their returns & refund policy in accordance with our policies and will therefore assess the same accordingly. In case if a return & refund request is accepted and processed, please note that it may take up to 2 weeks to organise the same. We thank you for your support and your patience.

  If your purchase arrives with any faults or defects in the product, we will gladly return and replace your item.
