Harita Kapur is an experienced academic, research and design professional who is passionate about farming, community development at the grassroots and working towards creating solutions that can lead to positive sustainable change. Through utilising critical thinking, creativity, innovation, and leadership experience, she believes in creating values that contribute towards a holistic, sustainable, and socially responsible creative practice.

Her work spanning over 26 years, has helped her develop a deep understanding of the importance and potential of design to bring forth positive sustainable change. Her work over the years at artisans cottage has enabled her to realise her vision of creating meaningful collaborations with artisans, designers and organisations all working towards a common goal, the development of crafts.

Kevin Kapur is a graduate from the University of Auckland with a BA Hons in Media and Film Studies. He is currently pursuing his MA in Communications and Media Studies.

Kevin has always been very passionate about creating meaningful connections through story telling and using the medium of film and photography as a visual narrative.

He has been associated with the New Zealand International Film Festival and the DOC Edge Film Festival, based in Auckland, and has contributed towards developing creative content for both the festivals in 2021.

He brings with him new thoughts and ideas on taking this vision forward.
