Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our endeavour, and to respect our associations with our partner artisans, and other organisations, we have a No-Cancellation, No-Returns & No-Refund policy. We would request you to carefully consider your purchase before placing the order from our online store. We thank you for your support.

Kindly note our policy as outlined below -

  • Due to the nature of our endeavour, and to respect our associations with our partner organisations, we do not accept cancellation, exchange and return/refund requests once an order is placed. 

  • In certain situations where there is an issue from our end, we take in any returns & refunds request on a request-by-request basis. We have a commitment to our artisans and our partner organisations. We respect their returns & refund policy in accordance with our policies and will therefore assess the same accordingly. In case if a return & refund request is accepted and processed, please note that it may take up to 2 weeks to organise the same. We thank you for your support and your patience.

    If your purchase arrives with any faults or defects in the product, we will gladly return and replace your item.

  • Currently we are not accepting any international orders, or shipping to any location outside of India. If you are interested in placing either individual or bulk orders for international shipping, please send through your enquiry at haritakapur@artisanscottage.org or through the Contact page on our website.
